Fungi Friday - Mushrooms that survive the dry season
Hi mushroom lovers, finally we can meet again in the #FungiFriday challenge organized by @ewkaw, honestly in the past two weeks in my area it has been very difficult to find mushrooms because now it rains very rarely and the weather is always hot which makes the soil dry.
However, because I really miss my mushroom lovers on Friday I was really serious about looking for mushrooms and on this beautiful day I managed to find a beautiful mushroom species, according to the information I got, this mushroom belongs to the Marasmius mushroom family.
When I found this mushroom, I saw that the mushroom was only growing alone on a dry twig, and maybe when I found this mushroom it was the last day this mushroom could survive before it withered because the weather is currently very hot.
However, when I was walking in the forest, in the dry grass I managed to find another mushroom, the second mushroom I found looked like it was growing very well in the drought.
This mushroom has a very white color that makes me very amazed to see it, this is a very unique mushroom, its shape expands like a cake, according to my search on google this mushroom is called Citopilus prunulus.
Near this mushroom I also saw another orange mushroom that looked like it was starting to wilt, maybe the orange mushroom couldn't stand the drought for too long.
You can see the grass around this mushroom has dried up but this mushroom can still grow well, today I am happy to find this beautiful mushroom to share with my friends.
Thank you to my friends who have visited my mushroom post on Friday.
It's great that despite the lack of rain you found these two beautiful varieties of mushrooms
The first one is really very small @aquagelas
Thank you, sister. The first mushroom was very small and I feel lucky to have found it.
Thank you for your support, brothers @scrooger and @qurator
