Changing the engine oil and doing some unexpected repairs on my beloved motorbike
Hi Hivers friends
Today can be said to be an unlucky day for me, because I had some unexpected problems with my motorbike when I took it to the repair shop which initially I only wanted to change the oil.
After seeing on my motorbike's speedometer that today my motorbike had traveled 2000 km since the last time I changed the oil, I finally took it to the repair shop to change the oil as usual.
Upon arriving at the repair shop I immediately asked the mechanic to replace the two oils on my motorbike, namely 1 engine oil and 1 more axle oil located on the lower side of the rear tire of my automatic motorbike, for the engine oil I asked the mechanic to replace the oil with MPX2 oil, while the axle oil I asked to be replaced with Carlsson Power Gear Matic oil.
Well, the first problem arose when the mechanic opened the axle oil bolt to remove the old oil, when the old oil came out it turned out that the axle oil had mixed with water that entered through the hose at the top of the axle which had been open for a long time without me realizing it.
Finally, the mechanic asked me to buy 1 bottle of gasoline to clean the water in my motorbike axle, the mechanic quickly cleaned the remaining oil mixed with water in my motorbike axle using gasoline until clean.
After that, the new axle oil was filled into my motorbike axle. After that, the mechanic immediately opened the bottom of the motorbike engine to remove the old oil.
Then, the new oil was filled into the oil chamber of my motorbike engine until finished, fortunately nothing happened in the oil section of my motorbike engine which made the oil change process run smoothly.
After the second oil change process on my motorbike was complete, before going home I asked the mechanic to fill the air in the rear tire of my motorbike which I felt was a little low.
While the air was being filled, suddenly I heard the sound of air coming out of my motorbike tire which indicated that my motorbike tire was leaking, even though I had filled the tubeless tire with anti-leak fluid or medicine a few months ago.
Because the wind kept coming out, I finally asked the mechanic to fill a new anti-leak fluid or glue into the rear tubeless tire of my motorbike. After the anti-leak fluid was filled into the tire, the leak was completely blocked and my motorbike tire was good again.
For all the costs I spent on refining my motorbike today, I paid $7.14 USD.
This is my post about the monthly maintenance of my beloved motorbike, thank you to my friends who have visited my post, see you in the next post.
Thank you for your support, brother.
