How I Made Earring for my Secondary School Teacher
Hello to you gorgeous and awesome #jewelry community members. I hope your Wednesday is going well with you, your family, and your business. Today, I made earrings for my secondary school teacher because she was good to me. She was the one after my continuous success in education because my secondary school grassroots was well deserved as she was behind the success.
After I took my final secondary school exams and graduated, I did not set my eyes on my secondary school teacher who was good to me because, after my final paper, I only spent one week in the village and then traveled to spend some time with a cousin. It was through my travel, that I was able to pursue my higher education and then finish and did my NYSC. Years after a few achievements in life, I have not set my eyes on my secondary school teacher. Today, I left my shop to go get materials for my work. I then came in contact with my secondary school teacher. She asked me where I had been and she knew I must have been doing perfectly well.
After I was able to give a brief description of what life has turned me into after years I left secondary to my teacher including how I have been making jewelry. My teacher then said she only knew me well in knowledge creation and contribution and not to be skillful with jewelry. I told her I have many skills now. My teacher then said she'd be glad to see a new earring I can make as she will sit to watch me. My teacher sat as she used to when I was in secondary school. My teacher then watched me make earrings. She was very surprised and encouraged me. As she was going, I gave her the earring so she could use it to keep remembering me.
Materials used for the making of the earring will be mentioned below:
Wire.
20 pieces of blue color pearl bead while 10 of it will be used to make each one of the ear sides.
16 pieces of brown color pearl bead while 8 pieces of it will go for the making of each earring side.
12 pieces of red color pearl beads while 6 of them will go into the making of each earring side.
Earring hook.
Bead stopper.
Procedures will now be provided below so we can follow it up:
Now, I cut a wire from the row I provided and then from one side of the line, I inserted 4 pieces of blue color pearl bead and then bent the edge wire. Now, I inserted a bead stopper using a plier to hold it so the beads would not fall out. I later included 1 piece of another blue-colored pearl bead into the wire and then bent the wire to form a shape. I also later included another 1 piece of blue color pearl and 6 pieces of brown color pearl beads into the wire. Now, I bent the wire to form another different shape. Now, I inserted 6 pieces of red color pearl beads into the wire and then bent the wire to form a continuous shape.
Now, I inserted 1 piece of blue color pearl bead, 1 piece of brown color pearl bead, 1 piece of blue color pearl bead, and an earring hook into the wire. Now, I bent the wire and inserted 1 piece of blue-colored pearl bead, 1 piece of brown-colored pearl bead, and 1 piece of blue-colored pearl bead. I inserted the wire from the center of the 6 pieces of brown color pearl bead and then bent the wire to hold the formed shape.
The community design created is very awesome. I love it. Thank you for your support.
How nice that you were able to meet your teacher again. Remembering those old times always gives us the impulse to continue.
The earrings were very nice, I like the spiral shape they have.
Your teacher will wear them with pride.
Best regards.
Teachers are just like God and there'll be no need to lie to them but depend on them. I hope she wears it with joy and keeps praying for me.
