Customer Earring Service Consideration

Hello to all the beautiful and gorgeous @jewelry community members. I hope all things are working according to plan for you and your family this weekend. Today, I made earrings and I considered the customer because of her far journey in locating me. Not to be in a hurry, I'll tell you all you need to know but after that, I'll highlight the materials and also discuss the procedures followed for the making of the earring.

During the weekend, I need to rest from work but sometimes in business, the decision may not be totally followed. It's because they're customers that matter a lot in business and anytime they come seeking business wants, they have to be considered and their be served.

In rendering weekend services for jewelry customers, I used to add the price that I'm supposed to use and make a particular earring for a customer because it takes me more time and stress I'm supposed to be resting from the ones I worked already during working days. Today, I was left with no option but to reduce the price that I was supposed to charge a customer for earrings she asked me to make for her. I reduced the price below the normal working days not even weekend ones for the customer because she's so special as a customer. She used to patronize me all the time and even when there was a mistake in her earring goods, she normally approached me amicably.

In normal working days, I don't treat all the customers the same but that doesn't mean all are not important. Every customer matters to me but they're some I would not like to lose and for that, I used to do everything possible to keep the business relationship going forward. The customer I made earrings for was even surprised when she noticed I reduced the price of the earrings she demanded from me. As she was still with me after she spoke with the husband on the phone, out of excitement, the customer's husband called me on the phone and thanked me for how I treated the wife and promised me they'd keep patronizing me.

Materials used for the making of the earring will be highlighted below:

Nylon line.

22 pieces of blue color pearl bead while 11 parts of it will be used to make each side of the ear earring.

10 pieces of red color pearl bead while 5 parts of it will be used to make each earring.

24 pieces of white color pearl bead while 12 parts of it will be used to make each ear earring.

24 pieces of red color sand bead while 12 parts will be used to make each ear earring.

Earring hook.

Bead stopper.

Procedures used for the preparation of the earring will be discussed below:

I cut a nylon line from its row and inserted 1 piece of red color pearl bead and made it be at the center of the nylon line. I have to insert 3 pieces of red color sand bead to the left and another 3 pieces to the right nylon line. I have to insert 1 piece of blue color pearl bead into the left nylon line and then insert the left nylon line into the blue pearl bead and draw the two lines. I had to insert another 3 pieces of red color sand bead, 1 piece of red color pearl bead to the left, and 3 pieces to the right nylon line and then insert the right nylon line into the left red color pearl bead and draw.

I have to insert 3 pieces of blue-colored pearl beads, 1 piece of red-colored pearl beads into the left nylon line, another 3 pieces of blue-colored pearl beads, and 1 piece of red-colored pearl beads into the right nylon line. Now, I joined the two nylon lines together and inserted 4 pieces of blue pearl beads and 1 piece of red pearl beads. I had to insert the earring hook into the left nylon line and use the second line to tie it. I also inserted a bead stopper by using a plier to hold it.

Now, I cut another nylon line and inserted it into the center blue color pearl bead where sand beads are surrounded. I inserted 6 pieces of white color pearl beads and then inserted the nylon line back into the blue color pearl beads. To the other side, I inserted 3 pieces of white color pearl beads to the left nylon line and another 3 pieces to the right nylon line. I joined the nylon lines together and tied them.
