Yes apartheid in reverse and has been the case for 31 years. This was a transformation law and one would imagine if they could not get things right in 31 years then they never will. Ramaphosa got McDonalds this way and I bet you he had his eyes set on Starlink as why else would he have set up a meeting with Musk. Musk rejected this and Ramaphosa has been on the back foot ever since.
And Musk has highlighted the blatant racism in a way no one else could.

It really makes one question the wisdom of ending apartheid.
