It took her a long time. Also, it depends on which game mode you are playing this in, if you are doing it the hard way, gathering all the materials in the survival game mode then it is going to take a long time to find, mine and craft these blocks. But if you are playing it in Creative Mode, where you have access to unlimited powers and abilities like flying, then you can do them fairly quickly. Maybe a couple of hours for a well planned house with all the interior. (But you need to get yourself familiar with the game mechanics too).
In short, probably long time lol
