The Greenfinch and the Blooming Thorn (7pics)

I sat down by the window for a short while, but I couldn't take my eyes off the birds in the tree outside the window. It's a small flock of yellow-green Eurasian Greenfinch again.
I can't help but share this with your, friends. I already showed the Greenies 3 days ago, but there have been changes in 3 days. My thorn is beginning to bloom. His flower buds are beginning to open, and that also attracts my gaze.
In several years of bird watching at my tree with a feeder, this is the first time I've taken photos of birds against a background of flowers.
This thorn has not had so many flower buds for 3 years, but this spring is favorable for flowering!
This photo was taken at 7 a.m. It's 13:00 now and, of course, the buds have already opened more. There are no clouds in the sky today, the sun pleases with its warmth. The thermometer is currently showing +18 degrees.

I won't see the very peak of this thorn's bloom. I'm going on a week-long trip tomorrow morning. Where am I going? I want to let the fog down a bit and not name the place. I will only say that it will be a meeting with my children and grandchildren. I had a similar trip with my children in August 2021. We went to Karelia. The daughter came from Moscow, the son came from Arkhangelsk. But last time we didn't have any grandchildren with us, but my youngest daughter was with me. This time, her vacation hadn't started yet.

I like the background - green and some ultramarine. In winter, the entire background is white. Of course, this is a more interesting and intense photo now. But I hope that next Sunday I will still be able to see these birds among the flowers.
Blackthorn should bloom for longer than a week if there is no wind.

A sparrow hopped among the Greenies for a while, and I also saw two Bullfinches. But they literally took a couple of sunflower seeds from the feeder and flew away.

Oh yeah. This little The Marsh Tit is a regular visitor to my tree. Yellow great tits now appear on the tree extremely rarely, but this little tit happens every day.
