The Empty Streets of Kirov
Greetings, friends.
Yesterday morning's walk with the dog didn't work out, or rather, I rejected all the photos from the walk and deleted them from this World.
But tonight I had to take my daughter to the ophthalmologist; we made an appointment near the ophthalmology clinic. I was walking along Karl Marx Street, and I had a feeling of something unreal, but I couldn't figure out what was bothering me. Looking at this building and shooting at it with my iPhone, I realized the reason for my incomprehensible thoughts. There were no cars on the street! There are always a lot of cars here, but not this time.

Karl Marx Street is one of the main streets of the city, running from north to south through almost the entire city.
This year, the municipal services of the city are actively removing snow from the streets of the city. But it should be noted that snow is falling from the sky more intensively this winter than it has been for the past 2 years. But there is little of it on the streets, and this pleases all residents of the city.

When was the last time I was on this street? No, I said it wrong. When was I on this side of the street? I don't remember there being a similar store here.

New Year's holidays continue. Today, the Russian Orthodox Church celebrates the Baptism of Christ. Today, all water is considered holy. But especially believers go to the church for water, which is consecrated with a cross.

For the second year, a pedestrian street with Christmas trees has been organized in the city. Just last year, each Christmas tree symbolized a region of the country, and this year the Christmas tree indicates the district of the region.

Here is an original Christmas tree. There are gray, nondescript walls around her. Do you know why? She stands at the entrance to the building of the Regional Prosecutor's Office. So the Christmas tree is so serious.

I wanted to show this piano back in the summer, but for some reason, I forgot about it. I think now it's time for that.

The drama theater is also decorated in a Christmas style, and there are decorated Christmas trees at the entrance!

Last year, I walked to the office every morning past this decorated main Christmas tree in the region. Now I live in a different place and found myself in the town square for the first time.
It turned out to be such a chaotic walk. My daughter went to the optometrist, I ordered new contact lenses for her, then I went to the grocery store, and we went home.
Friends, goodbye! Until the next walk.

What beautiful photos you've shared today! Kirov is a very special place. Although I haven't been there, I know it's surrounded by beautiful landscapes and rivers, and I've always enjoyed watching videos or looking at photos of winter there. It's wonderful that the streets have been so clear, perfect for going for walks, taking photos, and connecting with the beauty and the combination of nature and rural life. I'm glad I didn't miss your post...

Sending you an Archon tokens tip!
Yes, I've already figured that out. I even assumed that it would be like this when I wrote. But I still thought that all walks were considered "outdoors".
This will be another lesson for me. 😊
