Exploring Bireuen City at Night and Enjoying One of Its Culinary Specialties, Aceh Noodles (part 3)

Bireuen is not only about enjoying the natural scenery and seeing the city at night, but also about experiencing a culinary heritage that is rich in taste and tradition. And one of the things you must try when you are in Bireuen is Mie Aceh.

Good evening, my friends, welcome back to this beloved community. I'm back again to share some images on my blog about Bireuen, which is the final part.

So, keep following my blog to see some of the city's beauty at night, along with one of the region's most famous culinary delights, Mie Aceh, which I'll share on my blog this time.

My friends...
Located in the northern part of Sumatra Island, Bireuen is one of the places in Aceh that attracts tourists, both from within and outside the region, thanks to its rich local traditions and culinary heritage.
As a rapidly developing region, Bireuen holds a unique appeal for culinary enthusiasts.
After experiencing the city at night, which has its own unique beauty, I first stopped at the Bireuen Pendopo, then headed to the city center, the National Monument (Monas) at Simpang Empat Bireuen, and shared some of the city's history with you in one of my blogs. Finally, in this third part, I will share one of the city's famous culinary delights, Mie Aceh.

My friends...
Then our journey continued to Rek Bireuen, where various culinary stalls, commonly known as the city's street food stalls, lined up.
This is what the atmosphere at Rek Bireuen looks like at night, around midnight, when the street food stalls are starting to close, and some people are still searching for Bireuen's culinary specialties.

I personally didn't miss the Rek without buying something, then my friends and I stopped at one of the stalls to buy Boba variants and egg martabak on the side of RekBireeun road and these are some of the pictures I captured at that time.

You'll find a variety of signature dishes with traditional recipes, offering a unique experience you won't find anywhere else in the area.

Bireuen is known for its rich, flavorful dishes and high-quality local ingredients, from meatballs to delicious beef marrow to tempting green sticky rice snacks, as you can see on banners in front of stalls, as in the image I shared above.

We then continued our journey to a shop to buy some clothes and refill our perfume in downtown Bireuen. Here are some of the photos I captured.

Before deciding to go back home, our journey also stopped at one of the stalls to taste Bireuen's culinary specialty, namely Aceh noodles, specifically Mie Cek Li which is in Bireuen.

The atmosphere there when our orders arrived was so peaceful and aesthetic, and these are some of the images I captured when our orders were ready.

My friends...
Mie Aceh is a noodle dish made with spicy spices and often topped with seafood. We personally chose Mie Crab, a combination of noodles and crab. The specialty of Mie Aceh Bireuen is its richer flavor thanks to the use of local spices, in my opinion.

Okay, my friends, with these images and our stop at the food stall before our journey home, this concludes my blog about Bireuen City at night.

I hope you all enjoyed and were entertained by what I shared in this meeting. If this short post isn't very neat, I ask for your input so I can create a better blog in the future.

That's all for now. Greetings everyone, see you in my next blog in this beloved community.
