A Cell Phone Camera Lens Captures the Destruction and Impact of a Natural Disaster That Struck Several Months Ago (Part II)

Hello friends of #PhotographyLovers, wherever you are, I hope you are all healthy and happy so you can carry out your daily activities as usual and I hope you all have a pleasant day.

On this occasion, I return to this beloved community to share some random photographs depicting the extensive damage that has occurred in the Bener Meriah area over the past few days due to the natural disaster that struck.

My friends...
A few days ago, I traveled to Bener Meriah Regency with friends. While we were on our way, I saw extensive damage at several points along the way. I took some time to stop at one of the most severely damaged locations to take some photographs to share with this beloved community.

As I mentioned in my previous blog, photography is the process of producing an image or photograph of an object by recording the reflection of light hitting it on a light-sensitive medium. The most popular tool for capturing light is a camera. The camera I used was a basic cell phone camera. Although the quality isn't as good as a DSLR, I still consider it a good photography tool, as I believe the most important thing in this regard is not quality but timing.

OK friends, keep following my blog to see some of the photography images as well as short articles from me.

A few days ago, my friends and I traveled to Bener Meriah, an area renowned for its extraordinary natural beauty. However, natural disasters that have struck the area in recent months have severely impacted the area, resulting in landslides and flash floods, the remains of which can still be seen today.

As mentioned above, Bener Meriah is renowned for its natural beauty, which can be witnessed from the very beginning, as the roads are dotted with tropical forests.

On the journey, I passed several points which I thought were still very badly affected by natural disasters.

I think this is a moment not to be missed to take some photos, as they show the damage caused by the natural disaster that struck this area a few months ago.

My friends...
This area is a popular destination for motorists traveling on the national highway, where they usually stop to enjoy the pristine natural surroundings. However, after the natural disaster, what remains in this area is no longer tranquility, but a very tense atmosphere, with the sight of landslides and flash floods.

Personally, I was a little saddened by this sight, and some of my friends also decided to stop briefly to reminisce about the beauty of this area before the natural disaster struck.

Despite the damage, some of the photographs I'm sharing here still show the beauty of this once pristine natural setting.

My friends...
While I was looking at some of these photographs, which I took with a basic cell phone, considering the weather at the time, I felt that these were some of the most satisfying photographs I've ever taken.

Furthermore, I felt this was one of the most heartbreaking moments I experienced on my trip to Bener Meriah with friends a few days ago. Throughout the journey, I witnessed a very tense atmosphere, with several areas still bearing the scars of the natural disaster.

While these areas used to have tents for visitors to enjoy the pristine natural surroundings, now what I saw were not tents for visitors, but tents occupied by residents who had evacuated due to the natural disaster.

And at this point, I once saw a view of a river with a ravine that showcased the Benar Meriah tropical forest. This area was once very popular with photography enthusiasts. But now, the atmosphere is different, and I feel a different view.

Okay, friends, those are some of the simple photography images I'm sharing on this blog. I hope you all enjoy and are entertained by what I've shared. I also extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you who have taken the time to view and read my blog to the end.

Leave your comments, support, and input, which means a lot to me so I can create a better blog in the future.

That's all for now.
Greetings, everyone.
See you in my next blog.
