The Daily Meme #855!

Continuing on our Alex Berkman theme, I thought I would take a minute to introduce you, most valued reader, to the adventure that cost him 14 years of his life.

Everybody wants to talk about how greedy crapitalusts are the scum of the earth, but nobody wants to do anything about it.
Well, maybe not everybody, yet, but a substantial number of us already know what the rest of ya'll gonna figure out before much longer.
The love of money is the root of all evil.

Here he is in nyc giving a speech in solidarity with the miners of Laidlaw, Colorado.

Alex was the public facing face of anarchism for many, many years.

This is him on July 11, 1917 at the I.W.W. (Industrial Workers of the World) Meeting in Union Square.
Alex Berkman is shown speaking.

But, the thing that really got his name in the history books was the incident in Homestead, Pa.

source

For those of you that are unaware, because heaven forbid you should read a book, the homestead affair was the result of a steel mill locking out the workers over lower wages and worse working conditions while hiring pinkertons to suppress the dissent.
Of course, the pinkertons suppressed it by firing on the crowd of workers who once again proved that the crowd is the power by overwhelming the pinkertons, forcing them to retreat and surrender, then beating the crap out of them.

Naturally, the official record records it in the light most favorable to the crapitalusts, but what do you expect from yellow 'journalists'?

In the aftermath of this slaughter, our anarcho-hero took it upon himself to (attentat!!) make a meeting with the steel mills' manager, Henry Clay Frick.
To this meeting he took a .38 pistol and a dagger fashioned from a sharpened file.
He took three shots, two connecting in the shoulder and neck, when he saw that the wounds were not mortal, he pulled the dagger and stabbed Frick in the legs 4 times while struggling with Frick's bodyguard.

By the grace of good luck Frick was not killed and two lives were spared that day.

Here is Alex's version of the events in his own words.

Are you are tired of paying your masters to bomb children in far away places?
Perhaps it is time you pushed back on that.
A simple way that anybody can do that is to hoard your coins.
The fed buys coins at face value from the mint.
A dollar of change in your pocket is a dollar of value out of the banksters' pockets.
Stop playing in their shell game that allows them to play in the amusement parks from hell and shop in the human grocery stores.

Take the chapter 9 challenge?

Simply debunk the math.

His actions at Homestead highlight the struggles workers faced and the need for solidarity in the face of oppression.

On any given tuesday the workers of the world can unite and force a worker's paradise onto the status quo, but they won't because dancing with the stars is not to be missed.

I haven't really wanted to mention this, but it has been true all along.
Many people here will unfollow you if you repost too much.

It's an idiosyncrasy of being indelible, relatively small, and paid.
They want original content from people, they've already seen whatever it is you are reposting because the crowd has never been all that large, and the paid curators have to look at all the posts.

Now, reposting me to minds would be excellent, I often don't share my posts there, but here it is keeping more people from seeing your message.

With a little luck, you could make life changing money here.
You meet most of the requirements, except turning your back on me.
'They' seem to require that of their favored authors.
A whistle blower came to me in 2016, to let me know.
The organized cabal of curators would never vote me and they clown me in their private chats.
It's just the quality of folks we are dealing with here.

You do what you want, but this reposting thing has been proven a fact to many of us in this crowd.

Also, the large signature block is a turn off to many.
I struggle with it myself, I like having it there so folks years from now that only see one post get the main message.
But, it is just a fact, curators don't like the 'padding of the numbers' when they have word count standards to enforce on their being allowed to vote with stake not their own.

It's a dirty deal, but what involving money is not?

Okay...  Sad that.  Not sure what You mean by turning My back on You...  As for My signature...  [shrug]  That is My signature and I want People who are new to My work to see it.

I will stop reposting...I guess.

And as for "money..."  You know I am not interested in that.  I am interested in freeing Humanity from its chains to where We all live richly on Our planet.

If this site has issues with My signature...  I can move on I guess.

As long as you don't care about money, the signature is no real problem.
But, if you want to get your message in front of the most eyeballs, it's just how this place has been.

We are seeing some change, there are things in the background that could impact us all greatly.
It only takes one app to put us on the map, again.

To be honest, having been here for years now...  With little interest in My work...  I ponder why I even bother.

For the restivus,...

The other person that understood was flagged away years ago.

Do you have another place that will keep your posts visible?
That won't erase your account?
We don't have much of a crowd, but that can change over a few weeks.

I post to 5 places:  Hive (Peakd), Blurt, Minds, Substack, and Odysee (My favorite platform).  Was pondering finding another place to post rather than this one.  LOL!

I mean, all of a sudden things I have done since 2017 are coming into question, and why?  I have no clue, but I would rather not be harassed.

I can simply move on.

I was just trying to help you improve your chances of being better known here.
Up to you what you would rather do.

Well, I won't repost (not sure why that is an issue), but My signature is important in My view.  So...  Likely I will just keep doing what I do (aside from reposting - that confuses the F out of Me!).

I unfollow people that repost alot because they clog up my feed with things they didn't create.
The crowd here is big on original content.
Too often they just repost the popular people, anyway, in hopes that brown nosing them will give them a few more pennies.

You don't do that, but I warned you about it because the paid curators use that as a metric, if you hope to get your ideas in front of more eyes, they are the gatekeepers.
For the most part.

The reason I suggest these things is in my own interests, the more you earn the weaker the people holding us back with their roi bs.
Greedy folks gotta greed.

You earning rewards, powering them up and voting them is helping the restivus overcome the ninjamine, and the power disparities of that withholding mass adoption from us.
Nobody buys into a game as rigged to the top as this one.

So appreciation of Others' work that You think will be helpful to Others is frowned upon?  And I have no idea how to "vote" things.  I'm not looking for convolutions, or worrying about what Others might be "offended" by.  I just want People to contemplate the ideas I offer and with luck help get Us out of the giant money trap We're in.

To escape this nightmare we are trapped in will require making money so abundant nobody needs to use it anymore.
We are almost there.

You vote on posts and comments all the time.
It's just matter of keeping your vote mana off of 100%.

They have to see the posts before they can contemplate their veracity.

To escape the nightmare, We need to obsolete that tool, for until We do, Some with have most and poverty will be rampant, and 80% and more of Us will do nothing but push money around.

Well, yes, I vote on many things.  But it looked like what You were talking about had something to do with "witnesses" or something.

Not sure why I need to keep it off 100% - mostly it is, so I guess I'm doing something right...

And not sure who "They" are that have to "see the posts" (which posts?)...

Every post is read by the paid curators, they have a check list that keeps them getting paid, fall within the parameters or get nothing.
When they approve a post the curation gang that follows them will vote you, too.

Your content is within the bounds, though your account may be too old to get their attention, they focus on newbs mostly.
The reposting has long been a friction spot, lets see if your posts start getting more attention when your blog isn't overwhelmed with content you didn't create.

Voting mana recharges, while it is on 100% you are leaving money on the table for the top 20 accounts to scarf up.
I know it's not a lot, but every little bit that doesn't go to the people with too much already helps the restivus.

To escape the nightmare, We need to obsolete that tool,

Yes, abundance will do that for us.
Nobody is worried about money when they already have more than they need.
Played correctly the hive game could provide this for many, many people.
No need for me to point out that we not being played that way now.

Just get free energy tech out in the open and the whole foundation of money - accounting for the energy We add into a system - becomes pointless.

If knowing the truth was the solution Jordan Maxwell would have fixed the world.

The people like you and me, that see money for the tool of the control freaks that it is, is very tiny.
99.999% of people are not ready to accept the fact, but crypto can make abundance despite the control freaks.

Hive could have done it by now, but those that control things are scared of the men in black knocking on their doors, if they haven't already.
They made reference to it in the very earliest days.

I agree, but when free energy flows, it will not matter.  Prices will drop as the cost of energy is removed from the equation down the line, and, as 100% of the cost of everything is energy - the resources sit here freely but it takes energy to put them into useful configuration - eventually it will get to the point that collecting the penny for [whatever] will be more energy than it's worth.

And I'm not seeing how any energy accounting token could do more than make Some rich and most poor.

You have to have a receptive crowd, or it ain't gonna happen.

We could have free energy now, but not enough people want it to make it happen.
Nothing can withstand the crowd once the crowd has made a decision.

Unless you prep the minds to accept something they have been brainwashed into believing is not true they will simply reject it.
Cognitive dissonance is a bitch.

True, but I am gaining more and more traction - especially on Substack.  And it's not just wanting to make it happen.  In this moneyed world it is affording the experimentation.

I know Many who would be doing it - Myself included - but that there is no money.

I'm glad you are out there, it's been frustrating doing this alone.

The monied class is not going to give up their privilege without a fight.
It's how they keep us in line and not finding things that would free us from their grasp.

That's why if someOne gets a handle on free energy They had better not patent it...

Share the data freely and widely.  In the end We will all live richly and patents will be irrelevant.
