The Daily Meme #800!
'Your' 'supreme court' is deciding next tuesday if you can sue them for being wrongly raided by the fbi and causing you harm.
They have already ruled that the gov't has no duty to protect you.
Warren v. District of Columbia (1981) and DeShaney v. Winnebago County Department of Social Services (1989).
Warren says that cops have no duty to protect you.
DeShaney says that the gov't has no obligation to protect a child from the harm inflicted by a parent.
Now, I was under the impression that citizenship is a duty of allegiance given in return of a duty to protect.
The supremes have been really clear, and for a long time, that the gov't has no duty to protect you.
Therefore, there are no citizens and believing anything else is deluding yourself.
You have the rights you can keep in the face of violence taking them.
Probably should get on the good side of the neighbors.
