You know you are not the ultimate authority in your life when you read the ingredient labels on food and realize some of that chemistry is poisonous to all living things.

You know you are not the ultimate authority in your life when you go to the doctor and s/he poisons you with gila monster venom because it makes you lose weight.

Wake up, slave.

IF you are fat, stop eating so much.
Skip a meal, don't volunteer to be a lab rat in a chemical warfare experiment.

'They' have been externalizing their hierarchy for close to 100 years.
