Ah, thank you. That Edward Bellamy book seems full of good ideas for trying to develop an interesting three-minute video for this competition.
Although we first will try to find a good summary of the 482 pages of the book from the link you gave us to get started brainstorming ideas.
It basically splits all the profits between all the people.
Everybody gets a share for doing their share of the work, which varies.
