TODAY THE TIGER IS CELEBRATING ITS ANNIVERSARY (En - Es)

Hello everyone, good morning. Today marks the end of a long weekend for the city of El Tigre because it's celebrating its anniversary. For that reason, yesterday I took advantage of the opportunity and went out to run some errands in the morning, since they were only open until noon, and I left early to enjoy the cool morning air. While walking and waiting for the shops to open, I took photos, something I always do when I go out, especially of nature.
I recently found a nearby street with a long row of bougainvillea in every color imaginable. Seeing them in bloom is a wonderful sight; there are colors ranging from white to red, including orange, fuchsia, pink, and even purple. What's impressive is how resilient they've been in staying in bloom despite the drought and the high temperatures of these past months. I'll decide to write a post about this plant sometime soon.
Yesterday I had to buy pet food, mainly because we stopped giving them all kibble since it's affecting most of them negatively. So their new diet is based solely on protein and vegetables. I was also looking at kennel prices since the pack has grown and I need several. I found a really nice model, but it was quite expensive. I'm still looking to see if I can find a cage-type kennel, which is safer.
I don't know what kind of events are happening today in the sister city. From what I saw on the most popular Instagram pages, there's nothing but greetings and congratulations to the people of Tigre. I'm spending my day organizing my week of training, chores, and business ventures, so I can start tomorrow with everything in order.
I made a quick Llanero breakfast, and it reminded me of my teenage days more than 40 years ago, when the thought of cooking got the better of me, and I'd make fried eggs with cassava bread, white cheese, and onions—rarely plantains, but today I did. I don't remember who came up with this recipe, but it became official back then, hahaha. Congratulations to the people of El Tigre here on Hive on their 93rd anniversary! One of the things I'm most proud of is having been born and raised in El Tigre, a city with a beautiful history.

Hola a todos, buenos días. Hoy se completa un fin de semana largo para la ciudad de El Tigre porque está de aniversario, por esa razón, ayer aproveché y salí a hacer algunas diligencias en la mañana ya que abrían medio día y salí temprano para aprovechar el clima mañanero que estaba bastante fresco. Mientras caminaba, y esperando que abrieran los establecimientos, me dediqué a tomar fotos que es algo que hago siempre que salgo, sobre todo de la naturaleza.
Recientemente encontré una calle cercana donde hay una carrilera larga de trinitarias en todos los colores. Verlas en flor es un espectáculo maravilloso, hay colores desde blancas hasta rojas pasando por naranja, fucsia, rosadas, y hasta moradas. Lo impresionante es la resistencia que han tenido para mantenerse floreadas a pesar de la sequía y las fuertes temperaturas de estos meses. En algún momento me decido a hacer un post acerca de esta planta.
Ayer me tocaba comprar alimentos para las mascotas, principalmente, ya que las croquetas se les retiraron a todos porque a la mayoría les está afectando, así que la nueva dieta es únicamente en base a proteínas y vegetales. También estaba buscando precios de kennel ya que aumentó la manada y necesito tener varios. Conseguí un modelo muy bonito pero estaba bastante costoso. Sigo revisando a ver si encuentro tipo jaula que es más seguro.
No sé qué tipo de eventos hay hoy en la ciudad hermana, según miré en las páginas más frecuentadas en Instagram, y no aparece nada más que saludos y felicitaciones a los tigrenses. Yo estoy dedicando mi día a organizar mi semana de entrenamiento, quehaceres, y emprendimientos, para arrancar mañana con todo en orden.
Preparé un desayuno llanero de esos rápidos, y recordé mis tiempos de adolescente hace más de 40 años, cuando el fastidio de cocinar me ganaba y preparaba unos huevos fritos con casabe, queso blanco y cebolla, rara vez plátano, pero hoy sí los hice. No recuerdo de quien fue esta receta, pero se oficializó desde aquella época, jajajaja. Felicidades a los tigrenses que están aquí en Hive en su aniversario 93, una de las cosas que más me llena de orgullo es haber nacido y crecido en El Tigre, una ciudad que tiene una hermosa historia.
