PLANTING HIBISCUS FLOWERS

Hello everyone, very good morning... I hope you are having a very nice weekend. Opening a little space between my daily responsibilities, I dedicate a few minutes to my plants whenever I can, considering that in previous months the drought and the heat wave did not collaborate at all with this process, many of them were weakened and some even lost.
I have pending the purchase of fertilizer but I have to go to the other city to get it because it is no longer available here. These logistics are still on hold, but while it happens, I dedicate myself to remove the dry leaves, and maintain constant watering so that they are not affected so much. In this work, the rainy days have been a great support for the restoration of many plants that are of humid environment, as is the case of the ferns.
Making use of some fertilized soil that I reserved in a previous pot, I planted some seeds of Jamaica Flower that I had been saving for months, and the process of waiting for them to dry and come out of the flower, had already been completed, so I prepared some small pots with recycled material, using empty soda bottles, cutting them in half, and opening grooves at the bottom so that the water from the irrigation could drain.
After preparing the containers with fertilized soil, I moistened it a little and opened furrows in it to place the seeds. I was able to make two pots because I did not have much soil, but I trust that when the seedlings of Flor de Jamaica are born, and grow a little, I will be able to transplant them to individual pots so that they can form better.
For now the process has been going normally, after a month the seeds had already sprouted, and for the moment, two months after planting them, you can see well structured seedlings, with their firm leaves, trusting that in the coming months they will have already become stronger plants ready to be transplanted.
So far I share with you the process of this Jamaican Flower planting, and I hope to be able to show you its evolution later on. Thanks for visiting my blog... happy Sunday to all of you.

Thank you very much ✨🌷
I have hibiscus seeds at home, but I don't understand how to grow them with planting media. You gave me some information about it. Thank you.
Hello, happy day.
I am so glad to know that this post can be of help to those who grow their plants like me.
My mom was a fan of planting any number of species in her garden, and she taught me that I should let the seeds dry before planting them... that way it was safer for them to sprout, than planting them fresh. And the hibiscus seedlings sprouted very quickly. I am happy about that.
Best regards!
