Ahora que la producción ha crecido, debo y estoy en la obligación de organizarme mejor. Para esto he diseñado mis propios tips de compras cada semana, en función de los productos que voy a preparar, el material que tengo, y lo que me falta.

Días atrás, me di a la tarea de revisar nuevos lugares donde venden equipos, herramientas, y utensilios para mi negocio, pero también visité uno bastante completo donde aparte de las herramientas, venden materia prima al mayor y al detal.

Les confieso que hacer compras para mi emprendimiento resulta maravilloso, es una actividad que me genera placer y alegría, no sólo porque veo crecer mi negocio sino por las cosas que voy encontrando y aprendiendo en esa búsqueda.

Uno de los locales comerciales que visité, Questo, con dos sucursales en ambas ciudades, me atrapó por la amplia variedad. Primero que todo, su personal muy atento y receptivo, me indicó cada detalle que le pregunté, y me explicaron ideas para mis postres, ingredientes, y hasta recetas, y segundo, es la tienda más completa de todas las que he visitado.

Esta información no sólo me orientó en mis producciones actuales, sino que amplió mis propias ideas, dándome así más material creativo para producciones futuras, a corto plazo. Desde un recipiente para colocar un postre hasta el mejor ingrediente con los sabores necesarios para hacer de cada uno, una delicia mayor.

Now that production has grown, I must and I am obliged to organize myself better. For this I have designed my own shopping tips each week, depending on the products I am going to prepare, the material I have, and what I am missing.

A few days ago, I took the task of checking new places where they sell equipment, tools, and utensils for my business, but I also visited a very complete one where apart from tools, they sell raw materials wholesale and retail.

I confess that shopping for my business is wonderful, it is an activity that brings me pleasure and joy, not only because I see my business grow but also because of the things I find and learn in that search.

One of the stores I visited, Questo, with two branches in both cities, caught my attention because of the wide variety. First of all, its staff was very attentive and receptive, they told me every detail I asked, and explained ideas for my desserts, ingredients, and even recipes, and secondly, it is the most complete store of all the ones I have visited.

This information not only guided me in my current productions, but expanded my own ideas, thus giving me more creative material for future productions, in the short term. From a container to place a dessert in to the best ingredient with the necessary flavors to make each one a greater delight.

Fueron dos semanas activas, y después de visitar tres locales, y apuntar información, guardar registros fotográficos, precios al mayor y al detal, y lo que posee cada local con respecto al otro, comencé a diseñar mis tips de compras para mi negocio:

1.- Recopilar información necesaria de material y precios, de cada local visitado.
2.- Hacer una lista de mis productos y los materiales que requiere cada uno según una determinada cantidad.
3.- Apuntar detalladamente, qué comprar en cada sitio en función de los precios y existencia.
4.- Una vez culminada mi lista, apartar un presupuesto destinado a estas compras.
5.- Evaluar la inversión de acuerdo a las cantidades, y verificar si es considerable ajustar precios o si pueden permanecer iguales. Esto es necesario cada vez que se adquiere material, porque los precios de materia prima varían constantemente, y aunque no es recomendable subir los precios del producto tan seguido, hay que evaluar hasta dónde se pueden mantener sin modificaciones.

De esta manera, ya más orientada en mis avances, he tenido una semana bastante activa entre compras, elaboración de postres y ventas… a ese paso, ya me siento un poco más confiada para dar el siguiente paso, la distribución. Pero eso requiere otro estudio de mercado actual, que debo comenzar a hacer en las próximas semanas. Gracias por visitar mi blog. Thus, now more oriented in my progress, I have had a very active week between purchases, dessert elaboration and sales... at this pace, I already feel a little more confident to take the next step, distribution.
