COFFEE OR TEA DURING WORK

Hello to all coffee lovers, good afternoon. Today is a very rainy day, and here I am sitting in front of my keyboard writing these letters with a delicious cup of coffee because it is very cold. Actually the whole week has been rainy, there have been very few days in which the sun has come out, and if it does, it hides very quickly to give way to a prolonged drizzle.

At the beginning of this week, my partner and I resumed the dessert project, which we had on hiatus due to illness. Yes, both with the flu because it is the most common thing in this area right now, a lot of sick people. Although we are now more recovered, we did not stop taking the treatment, and in the middle of the workday, or during our planning meetings, we enjoyed a nice herbal tea with lemon.

It was just what we needed to keep our airways clear, heal our throats, soothe our coughs, and relax. With a few herbs of oregano, melissa and basil, along with half a lemon, we prepared an unsweetened tea, and enjoyed it in the early morning hours, while planning for the work day.

The warmer the tea is, the more relaxing and effective it can be. Considering that the rainy day also demands it because the humidity with vapor generated by the drizzle is the one that makes you the sickest, at least that's what the old folks at my house used to say. “Girl, keep warm, that humidity is harmful...” And not to mention the sereno, that gentleman was a karma for us when we had the flu, hahahaha.

At the end of the day, after we finished the work, the desserts went on sale, and the only thing left was the tiredness together with the satisfaction of what had been achieved, it was my turn to sit down to plan the next day, in the company of a coffee. Seeing the smoke coming out of the cup gives me an incredible feeling of peace and wellbeing.

I hope you liked this post, it will be another opportunity to tell stories over a cup of coffee. Thanks for visiting my blog.

Hello, my friend!
Thank you very much for your comment and your nice wishes... amen.
Basil apart from giving it a very rich flavor, is beneficial for viruses, soothing, and has vitamin C.
You will love it. 🤗✨

During the cold season, we must be extra careful about the viruses that can attack us. Lemon infusions help protect against flu symptoms. A Friday with a delicious coffee to liven up the cold weather.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us.☕

Excellent day.

Hello, beautiful!
Yes, the lemon tea really helped me a lot. Herbs have so many beneficial properties, especially for colds. On these rainy days both are wonderful, both coffee and tea.
A pleasure to share with everyone.
Thank you for visiting me.
Hugs!!! 🤗🌷
