Espero que se encuentren muy bien. Como siempre, es un placer poder venir por este medio a hablarles de lo que tanto nos gusta: los libros 📚. Considero que no hay mejor forma de comenzar el 2026 con buen pie que rodeándonos de buenas historias, así que hoy quiero compartir con ustedes los libros que tengo planeado leer durante este mes.

I believe that there is no better way to start 2026 on the right foot than by surrounding ourselves with good stories, so today I want to share with you the books I plan to read this month.

📖 3.El Perfume del Rey/The King's Perfume

Este es un libro que necesito releer. La primera vez que lo leí fue hace varios años y, aunque recuerdo la esencia de la historia, muchas escenas y diálogos se han vuelto borrosos en mi mente. Actualmente tengo el segundo libro en físico, así que siento que es el momento perfecto para regresar a esta historia. Además, ahora que ya sé de qué va, creo que podré analizar con mayor profundidad a Emili y Magnus como pareja principal, su dinámica y el desarrollo de su relación desde una mirada más madura y crítica.

This is a book I need to reread. I first read it several years ago, and although I remember the essence of the story, many scenes and dialogues have become blurred in my mind. I currently have the second book in physical form, so I feel like it's the perfect time to return to this story. Also, now that I know what it's about, I think I'll be able to analyze Emili and Magnus as the main couple, their dynamics, and the development of their relationship in greater depth from a more mature and critical perspective.

Este libro es de Ali Hazelwood, una autora de la que solo he leído dos historias cuando apenas tenía tres libros publicados. Hoy en día su catálogo ha crecido bastante, así que poco a poco quiero ponerme al día. Elegí este título porque me llamó mucho la atención la diferencia de edad entre los protagonistas, así como el escenario en el que se desarrolla la historia. Siento que puede ser una lectura ligera pero interesante, ideal para este mes.

This book is by Ali Hazelwood, an author I've only read two stories by when she had barely three books published. Today, her catalog has grown considerably, so I want to gradually catch up. I chose this title because I was very struck by the age difference between the protagonists, as well as the setting in which the story takes place. I feel it could be a light but interesting read, ideal for this month.

Este libro fue mi regalo de Navidad, así que es una de mis nuevas adquisiciones (jijiji). Debo confesar que me genera un poco de nervios porque es bastante extenso, pero necesito entender el hype que rodea a esta historia. Ya lo comencé —sí, ya caí— y hasta ahora me tiene intrigada, así que espero poder avanzar de manera constante y disfrutarlo como se merece.

This book was my Christmas present, so it's one of my new acquisitions (hehehe). I must confess that it makes me a little nervous because it's quite long, but I need to understand the hype surrounding this story. I've already started it—yes, I've given in—and so far it has me intrigued, so I hope I can make steady progress and enjoy it as it deserves.
