Such a powerful reminder to prioritize rest. It’s not easy to break that cycle, but your experience shows how that rest is not a luxury. It's an essential.

Sleep, indeed, is essential. A 7-8 hours of sleep improves your brain performance, mood, and health. It also prevents some diseases like cardiovascular and other disorders. Don't be like me, sometimes, the pace of modern life barely gives you time to stop and rest. We all need to work to meet both ends but don't forget that your body needs attention too. If we don't get enough sleep, all our effort to earn money so we can enjoy life
will go to waste if you don't listen to what your body needs.

Thanks for swinging by @anlizapasaje1234. I am happy to engage with you. God bless.

This is such an important reminder. It's so easy to overlook rest, especially now that social life is all online. But sleep is the foundation for everything, our health, mood, and productivity. Stay well and take care.

Correct all tasks, and eyes are now online. SocMed plays a great role in our lives nowadays, and almost all of us forget to take care of ourselves because we are focused on our online jobs. We are very much engrossed in what the web has brought us in the comfort of our homes. We even forget to exercise and eat on time, which leads us to illness. We must be attentive at all times and listen to our bodies to maintain good health.

Yes, correct. Socmed and online work have become part of our daily life, and we have forgotten our health and well-being. It’s a great reminder that we need to set a goal, take regular breaks, and prioritize self-care, physical and mental. Balance is important in this digital environment.
