5.7 km in 35 min is pretty good! Plus the elevation for that extra burn.

It also looks like you have a lash oxygen-filled trail with all those trees.

I should be doing that too... been too lazy by the comp all day.

This was very mixed pace as I walk a bit after the sprints. It's a nice place to do it.

I really miss having a treadmill... I used to do a lot of interval running - mixing inclines and speed... one thing I'll say: running on the ground you must have really good impact soles. I was running all the time on the rough and uneven terrain (where we live), and it messed up my knees.
