Different from jelly pudding, this type of silky pudding is not chewy. Soft texture that melts in the mouth. So heavenly!
The silky pudding version this time is taro flavor. I served this pudding with a purple Oreo biscuit and fresh slices of grapes.

Silky pudding looks like gulaman but it's not because gulaman here is agar2 powder in your place. I haven't tried this. It looks easy to make too.
It's not gulaman. Because not chewy. The texture is really smooth like silk when melts in the mouth. The powder itself contain milk, cream to make the texture super smooth.
