How To Hold Back Anger and Coffee Fiction

There are so many words created from even just a cup of coffee.

photo-output.jpeg

Hi, today. Hi, everyone who reads this blog. There are many things that are not necessarily in accordance with what we want.

Maybe you want me to be really angry, then hold it in, according to the title of this blog. But, that doesn't happen because I'm not angry.

There are many fictions, there are many dictions, even with just one coffee. But this time I want to discuss anger. Because this is the month of Ramadan, the fasting month and I fast for a month. In addition to holding back thirst and hunger, we also have to hold back anger. So, it seems appropriate to talk about anger.

IMG_3451.jpeg

First, I apologize for the photos that may not be appropriate. The photos were taken last month before fasting.

Well, back to the topic of anger. Do you really feel angry at someone to the point that you feel like you don't want to meet that person at all? I used to get angry often, but since I started learning mindfulness and mental health which indirectly affects physical health, I am better able to control my anger.

How do I control my anger when I can scream and curse, then break things? To be able to answer this, it takes repeated habits and practice. It's not easy but it can definitely be done. I just need to realize that emotions, violence, anger, WILL NEVER SOLVE PROBLEMS. It will only create new problems.

Don't you want to create new problems? So, try to stop for a moment. Back away slowly, and leave. Don't fight, it doesn't mean you lose.

IMG_3452.jpeg

Then take a sip of coffee or tea. Try to be alone as much as possible first. Introspection is important! Then, one thing that might sound annoying to you, don't let your stomach be hungry. Hunger makes emotions worse, agree?

IMG_3455.jpeg

We have to control our anger, it doesn't mean we have to run away from problems. Face it, but with a cool head.

Come on, enjoy some coffee. Leave yourself alone, with anger that may still be raging but don't let many things be damaged because of that anger.

Well, another fact that we should be more aware of, continuous anger towards others will actually destroy ourselves slowly. Starting from the negative energy that will continue to follow, also thoughts that focus on the person who made you angry.

IMG_3454.jpeg

If you love yourself, would you still feel angry? For me, I just don't want everything to be in vain because of momentary anger.

How about writing? Or the most perfect for me, writing accompanied by a cup of coffee that smells to the corner of the room.

Nothing is perfect, and coffee will help me create perfection. If there is anger, I stop for a moment. Maybe when the time comes, it is time that will eliminate anger and the bonus is to heal wounds.

So, do you like reading my writing? Have you had tea or coffee today?

Best Regards,

Anger is a negative emotion that destroys us if we let it dominate us. I have known people who are fanatics of anger and who pride themselves on being so, according to them they do not let themselves be affected by other people and Anger is the shape of imposing respect, but they are wrong and sooner or later it will destroy them.

I found it very interesting to let anger flow through writing. It is a great help when anger wants to take over us. It is highly recommended and undoubtedly helps to reduce altered emotions.

Of course, we must not forget a good coffee at our side and a good meal to breathe and let calm return to our consciousness.😎

Thanks for sharing your experience with us.☕

Excellent Friday.

It is true that negative energy is contagious. So we really have to step away for a while before we can talk about the problem slowly.

Good coffee helps us be more positive and calm

Hey Anggrek!
Happy Ramadan, and I trust that it's going well for you.
I agree that negative emotions do harm us in many physical ways, so it's always a great idea to find an antidote to them.
The photos are beautiful, and it takes strength to discuss or even see delicious food while fasting.
Thanks for sharing this piece with us:)))

I agree, it's much better to walk away from a situation than stay, fight and get angry. Walking away you will surely bump into something that will positively effect you sooner. Leaving angry you will pribably pass by it and not notice 🙂

It really had an impact on me, when I was stable, I was able to think more positively to see many things, and avoid creating new problems impulsively.

Without a doubt, dear friend @anggreklestari, being angry is not good for anyone

I'm glad you've learned to control your anger, and I appreciate that you share these tips. A cup of coffee is very good to help contain those moments of anger

I'm a follower of your posts, and all my mornings start with a cup of coffee

Have a great day

The calming effect of a cup of coffee and the reflection it allows us. I agree wholly the damaging effect of pent-up anger is never worth it.

I prefer hot coffee and I find it gives me more of a calming effect than cold coffee.

Certainly, sometimes we can't control ourselves and that anger can lead to more problems, or the anger can become even more acute. You could breathe little by little until those delay levels go down and as you say, being alone also helps. But nothing better than a cup of coffee; from my point of view, it calms the soul. I hope you are always well.

I have a family member with anger issues and he just explodes when he “Thinks” he was disrespected. Once he expresses his anger and violence he walks away from everything and everyone to level himself, once he relaxes, he simply acts as if nothing happened.

It is a very dysfunctional vicious cycle for the other members of the family.

It's unfortunate that he took out his emotions on his family and it hurt instead of him calming down first.

Yes, I feel angry sometimes but I didn't hold for many days. If I angry to a person a didn't want to talk to that person if I still angry.

It is normal for us to feel angry, but we must be able to control our emotions :)

Yeah, it's true. Especially if we can't talk bad that maybe can hurt there feelings.

Anger never brings anything good, quite the opposite, it further harms our way of seeing things (physically and psychologically).

Take care of yourself, @anggreklestari.
