A Hidden Gem, A Natural Spring On The Edge Of The Village

A tourist spot is not just about popular places, right? Exploring new places is an amazing experience and if we are lucky we will find a beautiful place to enjoy God's creation.

I once said on my previous blog that I am routinely training my legs so that I can walk further. So I routinely walk on routes that I have never visited before, of course with the help of Google Maps so that I don't get lost. Lol.

If there is no activity in the garden, I will walk longer in the morning. And today I did not expect that I would arrive at a very beautiful place and it is not yet popular, aka not yet viral.

A natural spring called Sendang Tirto Wiguno. Sendang means a bathing place, can be used for the public.

This natural spring is decorated simply by the local government because it has not received full attention from the government.

I call this place a hidden gem. Because to get to the location we cannot use a car. We can only use two-wheeled vehicles, or even walk like I did.

In addition, this place is not yet popular. So there has been no increase in access for the public. I think if it becomes popular, there will definitely be a lot of improvements. I hope so.

As soon as you enter the bathing location, you can see a calming natural vibe. I saw irrigation on the side of the road. The water is very clean. Clean water certainly indicates a clean environment.

The dominant things that are visible are banana trees, and also large bamboo trees. That makes this place look shady.

As soon as you enter the natural spring area, you can see a fence area that is predominantly painted in red and white. As a symbol of the typical colors of the Indonesian flag.

Next to the natural spring, there is a small, simple park. With wooden benches and tables.

Meanwhile, the natural spring is made a boundary like a pool for safety. The top is also given a roof so that the leaves from the large trees do not fall into the pool area.

Let's see what it looks like inside the natural spring. The water is very clear, we can see the bottom, sand. There are also fish that can be seen. It looks like the seabed. It's just that this is fresh water.

There are steps to make it easier for visitors to enter the pool area. Next to the stairs there is also a large stone, and there is a cement area to distinguish areas with different depths.

The depth of this natural spring is not up to 2 meters, only about 1.5 meters so it is safe for people who want to learn to swim.

Then there is a warning sign for visitors not to use chemicals. Including shampoo and soap for bathing in this place so that the purity of the water in this natural spring can be maintained.

I continued to explore the area next to the natural spring. Simple seats made of bamboo were also arranged.

While in the further area it was still just a bush because there was no further arrangement or management.

There are many quotes in local languages ​​and also in Indonesian to remind visitors about the meaning of life and to always do good.

I continued to another area. I was very happy to find this place, especially the area of ​​the small river that flowed beautifully.

In addition to the special bathing pool, it turns out that the spring also flows into the surrounding area, namely this beautiful small river.

What a hidden gem! The vibes here are really calming. The rocky area in this small river creates a calming sound of trickling water. That's why I love being here.

I used a simple bamboo bridge to cross to another area. After I was on the other side I decided to play in the water.

Because the area of ​​this small river is not deep, it is very suitable for us to play in the water here. Of course this reminds me of my childhood when I played with my siblings in a small river like this. It was really fun.

I didn't expect this area to be so good overall. Especially when I saw the results of my photos. It turned out that the banana trees around this small river were a good frame composition for my photos. So I think if this place becomes popular later, there will definitely be many people who also take pictures in this small river.
