Vida, mar y agua salada, alma lavada.

Las oportunidades, cuando llegan, solo se aprovechan y se agradecen; este es el caso de este regalo que la vida me dio, para despedir el 2025 y comenzar un nuevo año, con el abrazo del mar y respirando brisa marina. Esta oportunidad representa el comienzo de grandes cosas, porque el mar para mí representa una de las fuerzas más hermosas e imponentes que la madre tierra nos regala.

En el mar he tenido posibilidades de reactivar mi energía, renovar mis ideas y de sentir mejoras en mis rodillas, lo cual ya es una gran bendición. Resulta increíble cómo con los años vamos necesitando menos cosas y comenzamos a notar que para disfrutar de hermosos momentos no se necesita tener ni contar con grandes cosas, que con salud y el amor de la familia y amigos mucho podemos lograr y disfrutar.

El agradecimiento en este momento reina en mi corazón hoy más que nunca; por ello comparto lo que siento con los que conozco y tienen la oportunidad de leerme, decirles que, si hoy atraviesan por momentos difíciles, quiero que sepan que todo pasará y, aunque piensen que se hace interminable, todo mal momento tiene su fin. Desde el mar, les comparto buena vibra y, sin juzgar a nadie, solo piensen qué deben hacer para accionar y poder estar mejor. En ocasiones, solo estamos a un paso para cambiar, pero no lo podemos ver con facilidad o es la excusa que nos dejamos delante para no avanzar.

En este 2026 los invito a mirar la vida desde otra perspectiva, a retarse, a entender que no se trata de vivir sin miedos, sino que aprendamos a vivir con él y, pese a su presencia, seguir avanzando.

Buena vibra de 2026 y que sus decisiones sean el resultado de grandes aventuras.

Opportunities, when they arrive, are simply seized and appreciated; this is the case with this gift that life gave me, to say goodbye to 2025 and begin a new year, embraced by the sea and breathing in the ocean breeze. This opportunity represents the beginning of great things, because for me, the sea represents one of the most beautiful and awe-inspiring forces that Mother Earth bestows upon us.

At sea, I've had the chance to reactivate my energy, renew my ideas, and feel improvements in my knees, which is already a great blessing. It's incredible how, as the years go by, we need fewer things and begin to realize that to enjoy beautiful moments, we don't need to have or possess great things, that with health and the love of family and friends, we can achieve and enjoy so much.

Gratitude reigns in my heart today more than ever; That's why I'm sharing what I feel with those I know who have the opportunity to read this. I want to tell them that if they're going through difficult times, they should know that everything will pass, and even if it seems endless, every bad moment comes to an end. From the sea, I'm sharing good vibes with you, and without judging anyone, just think about what you need to do to take action and feel better. Sometimes, we're only one step away from change, but we can't see it easily, or it's the excuse we give ourselves to avoid moving forward.
