Advice to someone leaving school today
Leaving school is a big step but exciting one
First of all after you are done with highschool(secondary school) and write your final exams your life specifically your dreams become ready to achieve either good or bad. After I graduated from high school i wanted to further immediately but I had to take the steps bit by bit thinking and recreating my dreams and self discovery i had to hustle first before furthering my education but seeing people in school (university) really breaks me thinking i have fail but when ever i look at myself I make a promise to trust myself. Even though up till now I'm not till in school i still believe in myself
My advice to myself and everyone leaving school today
*Be a determiner
If you are trying to achieve something in life be consistent and prepared these are the words my boss use when opportunity meet preparation success is inevitable, explore opportunities if given be ever ready but just know this graduating from university you will be facing another phase of life another new beginning
Make mistakes and learn
Making mistakes doesn't look you're a failure but to be wrong and stand a chance to be corrected and to learn from your mistakes and be on a rush, don't compare and don't compete but do your very best not only to your career but also to your your creativity
Be creative and work on your personality
After learning secondary school learn skills so it can help you in your days of university it can help in opening doors for a better opportunity if you weren't financially buoyant and for you personal basic needs without depending on your parents learning this isn't the end but applying creativity will spice up and make your own products special this could make you famous and known because of your creativity
Like one of a celebrity i know in university of uyo make fresh strawberry and pineapple smoothie with ishiewu she gone viral because everyone see the productivity she is able to produce.While still hunting for your studied course after university why not continue practicing your skills you will be a boss on your own before working for someone you will be an achalugo meaning in igbo (the pride of the eagle) if you are a lady, a lady with prestige, strength and beauty also applicable to a man odogwu( a great man or champion)
Learning skills and self improvement
This should be your number one point of arrival learning skills really help allow while exercising patient to look for work especially in Nigeria, so this things will help you save and monry for your personal needs. Explore use your knowledge and wisdom for self improvement and building when you were in secondary school you were trying to discover yourself and now you're done with your university you should try to be independent and focused in improving yourself
While applying for your career job since you will be getting your first salary based studied course make sure to do your best, manage and your best should go a long way to explore and expand the company or organization.
