Hola amigos

Que hermoso es celebrar la vida y más cuando se trata de la vida de mi mami, cumplió 61 años este año y gracias a Dios los cumplió feliz, llena de vida, juventud y muuuucho amor como ella se merece.

How beautiful it is to celebrate life and even more when it is about my mommy's life, she turned 61 this year and thanks to God she was happy, full of life, youth and lots and lots of love as she deserves.

Mi mamá es una mujer increíblemente alegre, espontánea y única. En mi adolescencia solía reprochar que mi mamá no era como otras mamás, sobreprotectora, o de esas que se entregan cuerpo y alma y se desgastan por los hijos.

My mom is an incredibly cheerful, spontaneous and unique woman. When I was a teenager I used to reproach my mom for not being like other moms, overprotective, or one of those who give body and soul and wear themselves out for their children.

Hoy en día, lo agradezco pues con la madurez que los años me ha regalado, me doy cuenta de que tengo la mejor mamá del mundo porque ha sabido ser mamá, mujer y esposa sin quejarse NUNCA de ninguna de esas facetas. Y mucho menos la he visto jamás olvidarse de ella mientras las ejecuta, cosa que hoy en día es para mí el mejor ejemplo y gracias a eso me considero una mujer con mucha seguridad emocional y una autoestima similar al de ella, porque gracias a su ejemplo entendí que solo se puede amar a los tuyos después de que tú te aprendes a amar y disfrutar a ti misma.

Today, I am grateful for it because with the maturity that the years have given me, I realize that I have the best mom in the world because she has known how to be a mom, a woman and a wife without EVER complaining about any of those facets. And much less have I ever seen her forget about herself while executing them, something that today is for me the best example and thanks to that I consider myself a woman with a lot of emotional security and a self-esteem similar to hers, because thanks to her example I understood that you can only love your loved ones after you learn to love and enjoy yourself.

Por eso celebro cada día de su vida y en especial el día de su cumpleaños, ya que ella es la reina de nuestras vidas, la consentida de mi familia. Todo gira en torno a verla sonreír porque cuando mami está bien, que gracias a Dios y a ella siempre está bien, todo funciona bien. Nosotros solo buscamos agregarle motivos a esa hermosa sonrisa para que siempre brille igual.

That is why I celebrate every day of her life and especially on her birthday, because she is the queen of our lives, the spoiled of my family. Everything revolves around seeing her smile because when mommy is well, which thanks to God and to her is always well, everything works well. We only try to add motives to that beautiful smile so that it always shines the same.

Todavía no soy madre, pero como siempre digo, soy hija, y si hay un aprendizaje que tengo y que espero mantener cuando Dios mediante me toque ser madre, es que los hijos solo necesitamos unos padres tranquilos, felices, sin problemas ni preocupaciones porque teniendo eso tenemos todo y nos creemos invencibles. Afortunadamente tanto mi esposo como yo gozamos de esa dicha y podemos disfrutar de nuestros padres de la mejor manera porque ellos se han preocupado por estar siempre bien para nosotros ❤️🙏🏽

I am not a mother yet, but as I always say, I am a daughter, and if there is one thing that I have learned and that I hope to keep when God willing I become a mother, it is that children only need calm, happy parents, without problems or worries because having that we have everything and we believe we are invincible. Fortunately both my husband and I enjoy that joy and we can enjoy our parents in the best way because they have always been concerned about being well for us ❤️🙏🏽

Para celebrar los 61 años de la Reina de la casa, hicimos una parrilladita íntima en familia. No necesitábamos a más nadie, solo nosotros compartiendo. Teníamos unas Costillas de cerdo que pusimos a mi esposo y a mi tío (el hermano de mi mamá) a prepararlas, cada uno a su estilo.

To celebrate the 61st birthday of the Queen of the house, we had an intimate family barbecue. We didn't need anyone else, just us sharing. We had some pork ribs that we had my husband and my uncle (my mom's brother) prepare, each one in his own style.

Pasamos una tarde hermosa celebrando la vida de mi mamá como a ella le encanta, rodeada de su familia. Yo le compré una torta de vainilla con cubierta de chocolate qué también estaba increíble y combinó perfecto el momento.

We spent a beautiful afternoon celebrating my mom's life as she loves it, surrounded by her family. I bought her a vanilla cake with chocolate frosting which was also amazing and matched the moment perfectly.

¡Logramos el objetivo! Mami fue feliz y le recordamos cuan importante es para nosotros y como le agradecemos a Dios la dicha de darle uno y muchos años más de vida, alegría y salud.
