Haciendo maletas y pizza para compartir [Es-En]

Hace unos días les comenté que mi amada abuela Elina se iba de viaje y así es.

Hoy les traigo lo que fue la noche antes de irse a este viaje, que será por un tiempo un poco largo y bastante distante (en un próximo post, les detallaré más sobre esto).

Fueron varios días de diligencias para dejar todo listo y que en este tiempo que ella va a estar por fuera no hiciera falta su presencia para algún trámite o tarea que pudiera surgir y así ella estuviera tranquila durante su travesía.

Finalmente, llego el día antes de su viaje y por supuesto todos en familia le decidimos hacer un compartir para estar con ella y desearle lo mejor en su aventura, esa misma noche mi mamá terminó de ayudarla a acomodar su maleta y pesarla para que todo estuviera bien.

Mientras mi mamá le ayudaba a mi abuela con su maleta, mi tío y mi esposo estaban preparando unas pizzas para compartir.

Estas pizzas las hicimos con unas pizzas precocidas de masa madre, con las bases para colocarles todos los ingredientes y volverlas a llevar al horno, son super cómodas de hacer y lo mejor de todo es que al ser de masa madre y no tener gluten son muy saludable y sirven para personas con alergias alimenticias.

De esta manera compartimos todos un rato superagradable entre risas y anécdotas para prepararnos en despedir a mi abuela que se irá a pasar una larga temporada con otra de mis tías en los Estados Unidos.

A few days ago I told you that my beloved grandmother Elina was going on a trip and so it is.

Today I bring you what was the night before she left for this trip, which will be for a long and distant time (in a future post, I will detail more about this).

There were several days of errands to get everything ready so that during this time that she will be away, her presence would not be needed for any paperwork or task that might arise and so she would be calm during her trip.

Finally, the day before her trip arrived and of course all of us in the family decided to share with her to be with her and wish her the best in her adventure, that same night my mom finished helping her to arrange her suitcase and weigh it so that everything would be ok.

While my mom was helping my grandmother with her suitcase, my uncle and my husband were preparing some pizzas to share.

These pizzas were made with pre-cooked sourdough pizzas, with the bases to put all the ingredients and take them back to the oven, they are super easy to make and the best of all is that being sourdough and gluten free they are very healthy and suitable for people with food allergies.

In this way we all shared a super nice time between laughter and anecdotes to prepare us to say goodbye to my grandmother who will go to spend a long time with another of my aunts in the United States.
