¡Hola amigos! Hace días estuve con mi esposo visitando la ciudad de Caripe, Edo. Monagas. A pesar de poder ir seguido a este municipio a visitar todas las bellezas naturales que tiene para ofrecernos, realmente son pocas las veces que visitamos su ciudad como tal. De hecho yo no recordaba como era porque la última vez que estuve allí posiblemente tendría como 10 años o tal vez menos y en ese entonces cuando salíamos a pasear, yo dormía hasta llegar al sitio destino jejeje. Entonces no era como que apreciaba del todo lo bonito de alguna ciudad, y ya luego como dije, he vuelto muchas veces más a Caripe pero directo a la cueva del Guacharo o a alguno de sus saltos, cascadas u otros puntos turísticos donde no es necesario pasar por su ciudad para llegar a ellos.
Hello friends! A few days ago I was with my husband visiting the city of Caripe, Monagas State. Despite being able to go often to this municipality to visit all the natural beauties it has to offer, there are really few times that we visit the city as such. In fact I did not remember how it was because the last time I was there I was probably about 10 years old or maybe less and back then when we went out for a walk, I slept until we got to the destination hehehehe. Then it wasn't like I fully appreciated the beauty of any town, and then as I said, I have returned many times to Caripe but straight to the Guacharo cave or to some of its waterfalls, waterfalls or other tourist spots where it is not necessary to go through the town to get to them.
A mi esposo le sucedía igual, estaba consciente de haber visitado la ciudad de Caripe muchas veces pero de niño y no tenía recuerdos claros de esas visitas, así que básicamente esta fue una experiencia como nueva para nosotros.
My husband was the same way, he was aware of having visited the town of Caripe many times but as a child and had no clear memories of those visits, so basically this was a new experience for us.
Si de por si soy bastante orgullosa de todo lo que representa Venezuela, por supuesto que cuando se trata de mi Estado lo soy aún más. Pero en serio les digo que mi esposo y yo quedamos llenos de emoción, orgullo y una satisfacción inmensa cuando vimos lo preciosa que está actualmente está ciudad. Es tan pequeña que muchos se refieren a ella como un pueblo, pero cuando te detienes a ver las pocas infraestructuras que hay allí, te das cuenta de que en ese "pueblo" hay mucha civilización, mucha economía productiva, mucha educación y sobre todo muchísima seguridad.
If I am already very proud of everything that Venezuela represents, of course when it comes to my state I am even more so. But seriously, my husband and I were filled with emotion, pride and immense satisfaction when we saw how beautiful this city is today. It is so small that many refer to it as a village, but when you stop to see the few infrastructures that are there, you realize that in that “village” there is a lot of civilization, a lot of productive economy, a lot of education and above all a lot of security.
Solo hay que ver lo limpio que están sus calles, lo ordenado y digno de su centro de comercio, su mercado y las inmensas y majestuosa casas que hay alrededor, que cabe destacar no tienen ni un solo paredón de protección como para darte cuenta de que realmente no estás visitando un pueblo, si no una ciudad pequeña pero muy valiosa.
You only have to see how clean its streets are, how tidy and dignified its commercial center is, its market and the immense and majestic houses around it, which have not a single protective wall, to realize that you are not really visiting a village, but a small but very valuable city.
Yo que he conocido varios de nuestros rincones y si de espacios de montaña y frío en Venezuela se trata, me encanta Mérida, pero puedo decir que Caripe es hoy en día una mini Mérida, solo que muchísimo más limpia y ordenada.
I have known several of our corners and if we are talking about mountain and cold spaces in Venezuela, I love Merida, but I can say that Caripe is nowadays a mini Merida, only much cleaner and tidier.
Lo que más nos gustó ver en esta visita a la ciudad de Caripe es el paso de Ciudad Mural Vzla por todos sus alrededores, y es que esta es una organización que se encarga de llevar propuestas de murales artísticos y otra clase de artes a ciertas ciudades del Estado para embellecerlos y dale valor. no solo a los artistas de sus localidades. si no también a la propia ciudad adornándola de la mejor forma.
What we most liked to see in this visit to the city of Caripe is the passage of Ciudad Mural Venezuela all around, and this is an organization that is responsible for bringing proposals for artistic murals and other kinds of arts to certain cities in the state to beautify them and give value, not only to the artists of their localities, but also to the city itself, decorating it in the best way.
Caripe está actualmente rodeada de estos hermosos murales que cuentan en cada obra parte de su historia y nuestro gentilicio, y eso hace que los turistas que pasen por allí la conozcan y que a los que somos de acá se nos infle el corazón de alegría y orgullo.
Caripe is currently surrounded by these beautiful murals that tell in each work of art part of its history and our people, and that makes tourists who pass through there know it and those of us who are from here are inflated the heart of joy and pride.
Por supuesto que al ver esto me metí en mi mejor papel turístico y aproveché algunos lugares para tomarme mis fotos aún con todo el revuelo propio del día a día de la ciudad jeje ☺️
Of course when I saw this I got into my best tourist role and took advantage of some places to take my pictures even with all the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the city hehehe ☺️
