Con el pelo blanco y mi rico café / With white hair and my delicious coffee (Spanish-English)

Hoy es miércoles y estamos iniciando el mes de Junio ya es medio año del 2025 y parece que fue ayer que se celebraba la navidad.
Aquí ando hoy, en casa de mis papis disfrutando de un café, hoy vine a visitarlos y de paso voy a teñirme el pelo también, que ya mis años lucen más con están canas que están presente cada 15 días uff todo un reto para las mujeres ya es cotidiano verlas ahí siempre en primer plano en el espejo aunque no le hago mucho caso ella si se hacen notar ,o si no viene alguna persona y te dice de la nada ¨hay como tienes canas! te las vas a dejar¨uff como si uno no lo supiera pero bueno esa es la vida y hay que vivir con canas con ojeras pero sobretodo vivir asi de simple .

Today is Wednesday, and we're starting the month of June. It's already halfway through 2025, and it seems like Christmas was just yesterday.
Here I am today, at my parents' house enjoying a coffee. Today I came to visit them, and while I'm at it, I'm going to dye my hair too. My age is looking longer with these gray hairs that appear every two weeks. Ugh, it's quite a challenge for women. It's common to see them always there in the mirror, even though I don't pay much attention to them if they do show up. Or, if not, someone comes along and says out of the blue, "Oh, you have gray hair! You're going to let them grow!" Ugh, as if you didn't know, but hey, that's life, and you have to live with gray hair and dark circles, but above all, live it simply.
