STICKY DATE CRUMBLE SQUARES (VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE)

PXL_20230502_093605880.PORTRAIT.jpg

My plant-based take on an old-fashioned classic. These gluten-free, crumbly date squares are perfect for any occasion and will please even the pickiest of eaters.

They are so good, they'll make you forget all about the monsoon season. And that's saying something because the monsoon season this year is wild. For almost 2 weeks the rain has been coming down so hard.

But don't worry, these squares will lighten up your day. So next time you're feeling down about the weather, just remember these squares are waiting for you. They're the perfect pick-me-up on a rainy day.

Anyway, enough about the weather. Let's talk about this delicious little snack or dessert! They're made with dates, which are basically nature's candy. And they're 100% plant-based and gluten-free.

So what are you waiting for? Go make some squares! And don't forget to share them with your family and friends. They'll be gone in a flash, believe me.

You are the master of guilt free treats. It reminds me of when I was a kid and my father used to buy date squares for me from the health store. I wasn't allowed treats from a regular store, except on occasion. They made me really happy.

I wish I was eating your date squares, in the place where you took the photos. What a lovely setting.

Thank you. I am happy to hear my squares brought back warm memories of your childhood.
You are more than welcome to come have some in our garden... However, monsoon is pretty though this year. So I would wait a little longer.
Have a beautiful day 💚
