AssalamuAlaikum & Greetings Everyone!
It's me @amjadsharif
Today is a very important day for me because 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal, Eid Milad-un-Nabi is celebrated with great enthusiasm in the entire Muslim community.
We woke up early in the morning and offered prayers, and after that, we cleaned the streets, put up flags, and made beautiful flowers with the help of white gram, which made these streets look very beautiful. The children of our village, who are between 10 and 15 years old, are doing this work with enthusiasm.
Some children are assigned to bring banana seedlings and they are doing their duty well. Digging this banana pit and planting it in the streets increases its beauty. So, the children are cutting these plants to plant these banana seedlings in their respective streets, and planting them in their streets so that their streets look beautiful.
We had completed this work at around nine in the morning, and now we gave the flags to the children to wave, and they walked in a line in the streets, ahead of the houses of the people. As I passed by, people were distributing food, which included an abundance of apples and bananas. The children were happily receiving all this. I also distributed biscuits to the children. The children's happiness was evident.
Many people have beautiful hills, traffic systems, or other things like that in the space in front of their houses that seem to present the view of their cities, they have been decorated very beautifully and if you look at it, it actually seems like we have entered a city, and the artistic constructions there are in front of us. To do this, a lot of money is required and it is a laborious work that takes 24 to 48 hours. It seems that some creator has made it very well.
This art is demonstrated every year in our nearby city of Basirpur and thousands of people come to see the constructions made by these artists, including men, women, children, old and young, and there is a crowd. I have also reached there with my son to see this masterpiece and my heart is satisfied and happy after seeing it.
People come out in large groups to their villages, neighborhoods, or cities. The streets are decorated, flags are everywhere, and there are decorations. In cities, people stand on the roofs of their houses and throw juice boxes, food, etc. into the crowd. There is also a lot of back-and-forth competition among people, but I don't think this is a good practice because if something needs to be shared or distributed, it should be shared hand-to-hand, and people shouldn't be confused about it.
