This is a good tradition that has been going on for centuries. Some families still keep this tradition alive. Now, times have changed according to modern requirements and people are slowly moving away from this tradition. But in the village, this tradition is still going on. The whole family comes together in one place and eats. The effort that goes into it is the tradition there.
I want to tell a story here which is from a drama serial but they presented the story beautifully. In this drama, there was a family which was a gent family which was being led by a woman and they had a fixed timetable. At seven in the morning, breakfast was already served on the table and everyone was warned that they should be present at the table at seven in any case so that they could have their breakfast. If any member reached the table late, he was not given breakfast nor was he given tea or anything else. Often in families or joint families, food is ordered to be served in their rooms. I would like to tell you here that if traditions are strictly followed, then everything is possible. Here too, no one was allowed to order food in his room. If he is not present at the dining table at the same time, he will be deprived of food.
However, we are talking outside the drama. Families have their own rules which each member strictly follows. These rules are not so strict as I have mentioned in the story above that some relaxation can be made in them, but they consider it their duty to restrict them. One of the big advantages of this, I am going to tell you, is that when your life is family and men do business or work, they have to spend the whole day outside the house. In the evening, when they return tired, they do not have time to spend time with their parents or siblings. According to their fixed schedule, when they eat breakfast or dinner, they get time to chat with their relatives, that is, with close family members, and share their sorrows. I consider this to be the biggest advantage.
The second is that if you eat food on time, you are protected from many diseases because eating food every time or enduring excessive hunger can weaken your body and immunity because eating frequently and not eating on time can be harmful to your health.
I would just like to say here that we should try to keep our traditions alive because these traditions are slowly disappearing. People are moving away from traditions. We have to adopt them and tell our future generations what our traditions were like, how we live our lives, our food was about caring for each other and serving all humanity.
This is a good topic that I feel no hesitation in discussing. This topic should be included in our topic because to keep traditions alive, we need such topics that can be discussed. If you want to talk to me further, you can contact me in my comment section. I will definitely reply to you.
