From Yoke to Flight.

I. Lament for the Lost

A distant echo fades.
The ancient innocence is erased
that gave the soul its essence,
we lost the clear conscience
of our human presence.

The mental cage is reason
without flight, without noble passion,
the vast heart shrinks,
we are suffocated by the blind oppression
of an artificial condition.

II. Song of Rage and Rupture

Steel screams in the fray.
The banner is always cruel
staining the field with the gall
of a world that forgets the longing
under a stormy canopy.

Nonconformist rebellion
defies tyranny,
death, in its sombre dance,
claims with sovereignty
the end of the old strife.

III. Awakening to Hope

But a new sun rises.
Conscience lights the way
and in friendship there is a destiny
of mutual and genuine support,
a warm and faithful unwillingness.

Awaken the ancient truth
of our longing for brotherhood,
pure friendship blossoms,
freedom triumphs at last
with love and solidarity.

Dedicated to all those poets who contribute,
** day by day,**
to make our planet a better world.
