ÂżquĂ© me provoca?
¡uff! Sus reflejos bailaban en la superficie. Una maravilla.
Me recordĂł a SofĂa.

An unforgettable summer
WHAT I SEE
In this image… okay, first off, the first thing you notice is that float. You know, one of those flamingo-shaped ones? A super bright pink, the kind of color that just lifts your mood! It's just sitting there, totally calm, floating on water that… wow, it's this absolutely crystal-clear turquoise blue! The kind that seriously makes you want to dive straight in.

The sun is hitting the scene head-on, making the water sparkle and shimmer so much, it almost feels a bit dreamy. What's cool is that the photo kind of feels like it has two focuses at once: you get the view of the water from above, yeah, but it also gives you a little peek at what's right underneath. It gives you a weird sensation, almost like you're physically right there.
Off in the distance, on the horizon, you can just barely make out some hazy hills or mountains. It gives you this vibe that it's a really isolated spot, you know? One of those places with zero hustle and bustle, where you can properly switch off from everything. Basically, a landscape that's just screaming at you to chill out and just zone out on your own thoughts.
WHAT I FEEL, what inspires me.
This image… what does it actually do to me? Ugh, an immense sense of peace, honestly. And just… freedom. Seeing that float just sitting there, so still, in the middle of all that water… it feels like a total invitation to just stop, right? One of those moments where there's no rush, where everything just seems to click into place, where things just flow effortlessly.
It's just… the colors are so soft, weirdly, even though they're so vibrant… that pop of pink against the blue… and the float, all on its own, surrounded by so much water. All of that just speaks volumes about being calm, being comfortable, truly living in the moment… and yeah, maybe even a little twinge of nostalgia for summers gone by.
You start picturing yourself right there, in that very spot. Can you imagine? Feeling that breeze on your face, just letting the tiny ripples carry you gently. Pure bliss, honestly.
MY STORY, inspired by the image and the feelings that emerge.
There was the pink flamingo, just floating without a care in the world, letting the lake's gentle current guide it. That pink was so loud, almost like it was saying to the turquoise blue, “Hey world, here I am, and isn't this just the best?!” Kind of like those memories that just cling to you, you know? The ones that stay right there, vividly alive in your mind.
The breeze was gently messing with the water, and the sun… uff! Its reflections were just dancing all over the surface. Seriously, it was a marvel.
It instantly made me think of Sofia. She had a float like that too, though hers was a little mouse with round ears. Her partner in crime for a thousand childhood adventures, through everything. If she were here now, she would have already been in the water, cannonballing in headfirst with that infectious laugh of hers. Leaving behind a trail of pure joy that, even though it was fleeting like the waves, just totally filled you up inside.
And then, suddenly, you see someone swimming towards the flamingo. They're swimming slowly, like they're really contemplating each stroke. It feels like they're not just going to the float; it's more like they're heading towards... something important? I don't know... Who could it be? Someone who spotted it from the shore and just thought, “Okay, I'm going out there”? Or maybe someone who wasn't even looking for anything, but just stumbled upon something that brought back a memory of… well, who knows what?
While the water kept doing its thing, with that never-ending motion, the flamingo didn't even budge. Just floating there, just being... but somehow, at the same time, saying so much. Because ultimately, what looks like just a simple float… yeah, if you actually look closely, it can totally be a bridge. Between who you used to be and who you are now, between a memory you thought you'd forgotten and this very moment.
Summer memories, definitely. The kind that just stick with you forever.
