Well, yes. It's how I acquired mine. Asking around. More and more people are becoming more open to the idea to smoke cannabis in public here and accept that people will be smoking in public. It's crazy how after thousands of years of smoking this product it suddenly became a taboo yet to still be one of the most sold products in Mexico next to cocaine and alcohol. Cocaine is just smuggled through and is very much illegal here. I think they should decriminalize every drug instead and open rehab centers instead of jailing more individuals.
