Catch That Offence

It doesn't mean that, you know, hey, I'm just going to let this person be, you know? Walk all over me and continue to abuse m,e r, you know, act foul in my presence. Forgiveness is something you do for yourself.

And the way I look at it is you're releasing basically any kind of attachment to. What they're trying to say to you, a lot of times people say things that adjust, you know, because they're upset or you know something's going on in their own personal lives. Just like Doctor Heath said, they could be constipated, which is a lovely visual for those said people. So I think that's a 2 fold.

A beautiful statement to share with us, Doctor Heath. But yeah, there's, there's lots of constipated people on social media, by the way. Oh, 100%. And I agree with you that it is somebody who's looking to be offended that will catch that offence.

And there are certain individuals that I don't know what it is, that's what. Pensione king, is it Gee, I'm an overglorified victim here. Everybody's attacking me or, you know, whatever it is that they're saying to themselves is a complete farce.

I mean, I'm, I'm not on this app to try and ruin anybody's life or hunt them down or block people and then talk about them behind their backs. In front of others, to disparage others. I mean, there is a difference between confidence and somebody who is, you know, trying to use confidence in a maladaptive way. And the biggest telltale is when they're trying to disparage another person.

And so, that's really easy to see. We all know that we can hear it. We can hear the rhetoric, and you know, the way others talk about others, we clearly see it with our political system and what is being propagandised to us.
