Five Minute Freewrite: Straight Away
The boys zoomed off with their SUV blaring their music to the highest level. Passersby usually give them a second look as they drive by. It was a fun filled day for them.
They drove for about thirty minutes and forgot that a military checkpoint was just few metres away. Because they were already high on alcohol and the music was really sounding high they could not see the military men on time to tune down on their merriment.
As they got to the checkpoint the military personnel flagged them down. Melvin who was their head had to explain himself straight away. He also signaled Max who was driving to reduce the volume on the radio.
The military personnel flashed light inside the SUV and nodded. He later gave them a go ahead order and Max zoomed off.
