Five Minute Freewrite: She Went To War
Becca has worked for five years for Homeland Allure : a private security outfit and within that period of time she was elevated to tht position of an admin officer. She has other junior staff directly working under her. One of her paramount duties is to rotate the postings of their security men and ensure that they are well taken care of. Becca however rose to this position owing to her punctuality and dedication to work.
As soon as Becca was elevated to this position, initially she doubled her efforts but as time goes on she began to slack, coming late and even leaving work before the official closing hours. These latest behaviours made her not to be diligent with her work anymore.
She has been served few queries but each time she gets out out it. She was however unable to scale through the last query and she was punished for it. Her salary was deducted to serve as a warning as well as punishment. When she realized this, she literaily went to war with everybody threatening fire and brimstone if her salary is not restored.
The management saw this behaviour as intolerable and decided to relieve her of her duties.
