Five Minute Freewrite: No More Civilisation.

Kennedy sat there watching the three girls chattering away as if they were in the market place. At first he was less concerned with their chitchat but when it turned to parenting and how their parents handle issues at home he became more interested.

Mind you, the three girls came into the park when Kennedy was already seated there. They did not even deem it for to greet him. They simply walked to the next adjourning seat and sat down. Kennedy kept watching them. At first he had wanted to a ask them if they didn't see him there. He then stop short as her inner self told him that there was no more civilisation in their today's world. Otherwise how could little girls like that walk into a place where an adult like him was already seated without greeting him!

Things have really gone bad. But can this unfortunate situation be redeemed? Well, that redemption must start from somewhere, maybe today from him. He sat up and went straight to the three girls. When he got closer he greeted them. Only one of them responded. Kennedy sat down and introduced himself to them. He told them that their views about parenting and child discipline was wrong.

By the time he had finished marshalling his points to them they realized that his was a superior reasoning. They felt remorseful at the end and promised to turn a new leaf. Kennedy thanked them and gently walked away.
