The coastal regional office of Zerock foundations was no longer making it rain in the company. This means that Kenny's job is on the line. At first, the company held on but when productivity kept declining they had to pull the trigger. 'I own the patent', Kenny kept encouraging himself that he won't be affected with tht massive layoff in the company.

After the emergency board meeting, Kenny was relieved off his duties and to hand over all company's materials in his possession to the manager at their cooperate headquarters.

Since the patent was in Kenny's name does that mean he can use it to make money or does he have to go to court because his former boss is trying to steal the invention?

Well, they do not intend to steal his invention. They only retrenched him based on the prevailing economic situation. Am sure there will be some form of compensation for him. Remember too that he must have used their resources in making the equipment which he has now a patent for. All those factors will come to play too. Thanks for stopping by friend.
