Excellent topics brought us @galenkp for this weekend. I hesitated which one to choose. All three should be repeated in the following weeks, so as to develop each one.

Imagine a world free of social rules, a world to explore, do and be whatever you want, without restrictions. A world where the fine line between right and wrong simply does not exist. It sounds incredible, doesn't it? Well, this world did exist: the time of the caveman.

Of course, animal instinct is not so anarchic either. Taking care of the family and being territorial can be perfect examples of the fact that despite being "free", there were always some rules to follow.

This is precisely the reason, why I think I would be a good caveman. In my heart and mind I always have the principle that my family comes first.

All the work I do is to seek a better future for my nearest and dearest. I also like to help others. So, if I extrapolate these feelings, back to that moment in the History, I don't think I would be walking around doing whatever I want.

But who knows? Those things I said from my postmodern, or modern, or current (correct me if I'm wrong) point of view. Maybe I'd probably be better off, having sex all over the place, hunting mammals and fish at my whim, and beating or being beaten by someone else.

And none of this would be bad. They were probably like that by nature. So, long story short, I would be a caveman with obligations to my family, but who would enjoy his freedom to the fullest as well. Good or bad, good and bad.
