Recipe: Red Fruit Verrines // Recette : Verrines aux fruits rouges [EN/FR]

Hello friends and food lovers! I hope you're all doing well đ
This weekend, we came to visit my parents, and I took the opportunity to cook a little with Mom. We made the famous red berry verrines she often makes for us.
And this time, she allowed me to take pictures and share the recipe with you! đ
You'll see, it's a super quick recipe to make, and most importantly, it's fresh and delicious. đ
Here's the recipe for 6 large verrines đ
Ingredients

- 75g Philadelphia cheese;
- 250g mascarpone;
- 20cl whipping cream (30% fat);
- 2 or 3 tablespoons icing sugar;
- 8 biscuits (we used "Petit Beurre" ones);
- Fresh or frozen berries, depending on the season (redcurrant, blackcurrant, strawberry, raspberry, or blackberry): as much as you like.
Preparation steps
We started by whipping the cream! To do this, add 75g of Philadelphia cheese, 250g of mascarpone, and 20cl of whipping cream to a bowl.
Then, using an egg beater (or an electric whisk), you'll begin whipping the cream very gently. After a few minutes, you can speed up the process.

After whipping the cream for 10 minutes, you can add 2 or 3 tablespoons of icing sugar. Then, continue whisking to whip the cream.
After 5 minutes, the cream should have set! It's time to chill it in your refrigerator.
While it's chilling, you can crush the biscuits in a bowl.

Now it's time to start assembling the verrines! To do this, start by placing a few cookie crumbs in the bottom of each verrine:

Next, add the cream you took out of the refrigerator. You can add it with a spoon or use a piping bag for a more aesthetic look.
And for a little extra color, you can add some berries on top!

You can then place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. They're best when they're a little chilled!

Ce week-end, nous sommes venus rendre visite Ă mes parents et jâen ai profitĂ© pour cuisiner un peu avec maman. Nous avons fait les fameuses verrines aux fruits rouges quâelle nous fait souvent.
Et cette fois-ci, elle m'a autorisĂ© Ă prendre des photos et Ă partager la recette avec vous ! đ
Vous allez voir, câest une recette ultra rapide Ă rĂ©aliser et surtout, câest frais et trĂšs bon. đ
Voici la recette pour 6 grandes verrines đ
Les ingrédients

- 75 g de fromage Philadelphia ;
- 250 g de mascarpone ;
- 20 cl de crĂšme Fleurette 30% de matiĂšres grasses ;
- 2 ou 3 cuillĂšres Ă soupe de sucre glace ;
- 8 biscuits (nous, on a pris des âPetit Beurreâ) ;
- Des fruits rouges frais ou congelés en fonction de la saison (groseille, cassis, fraises, framboises ou mûres) : autant que vous voulez.
Les étapes de préparation
Nous avons commencé par monter la crÚme ! Pour cela, vous devez ajouter 75g de Philadelphia, 250 g de mascarpone et 20 cl de crÚme Fleurette dans un saladier.
Et ensuite, avec un batteur à oeuf (ou un fouet électrique), vous allez commencer par monter la crÚme tout doucement. Au bout de quelques minutes, vous pouvez accélérer.

AprĂšs avoir battu la crĂšme pendant 10 minutes, vous pouvez ajouter 2 ou 3 cuillĂšres Ă soupe de sucre glace dans la crĂšme. Puis, vous continuez de fouetter pour faire monter la crĂšme.
Au bout de 5 minutes, la crÚme est censée bien tenir ! Il est temps de la mettre au frais dans votre réfrigérateur.
Pendant quâelle se repose au frais, vous pouvez Ă©craser les biscuits secs dans un saladier.

Il est maintenant temps de commencer le montage des verrines ! Pour cela, commencez par mettre un peu de miettes de biscuits au fond de chacune des verrines :

Puis, ajoutez un peu de fruits rouges mélangés :

Ajoutez ensuite la crĂšme que vous avez ressortie du rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. Vous pouvez soit lâajouter Ă la cuillĂšre, soit avec une poche Ă douille pour que ce soit plus esthĂ©tique.
Et pour rajouter une petite touche colorée, vous pouvez rajouter des fruits rouges sur le dessus !
Voici ce que cela donne :



Vous pouvez ensuite les placer au rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, environ 30 minutes, avant de les servir. Câest meilleur quand câest un peu frais !
Câest aussi bon que beau ! Vous risquez de vous rĂ©galer đ
Et si vous aimez les verrines, sachez quâil est possible dâen faire avec pleins dâautres ingrĂ©dients. Une fois que vous connaissez la recette de la crĂšme, vous pouvez remplacer les fruits rouges par du caramel, du beurre de cacahuĂštes ou bien des morceaux de chocolat⊠Ou bien, vous pouvez ajouter des ingrĂ©dients : du coulis de pistache, des amandes effilĂ©esâŠ
