Recipe: Milanese Escalope // Recette : Escalope milanaise [EN/FR]

Last weekend, we had @genesisledger's parents over for dinner. And we chose to serve them sautĂ©ed potatoes with a Milanese escalope. đ
It was a bit of a challenge, because we'd never actually made Milanese escalope đ€Ł
But hey, we love trying new recipes! And we did well, because we all loved it!
It's a very simple recipe: just coat the escalopes with a mixture of flour, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
Anyway, here's the recipe for 4 Milanese escalopes đ
Ingredients

- 4 chicken cutlets, preferably thin and flat;
- 2 eggs;
- 6 tablespoons of flour;
- 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs;
- 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese;
- Olive oil;
- Salt and pepper;
- A squeeze of lemon juice (for serving).
Preparation steps
First, I prepared the various ingredients. In a first plate, I beat 2 eggs:

Next, you need to start by breading the cutlets. To do this, simply take one cutlet and dip it on each plate.

Bref, voici la recette pour 4 escalopes milanaise đ
Les ingrédients

- 4 escalopes de poulet, fines et plates de préférence ;
- 2 oeufs ;
- 6 cuillĂšres Ă soupe de farine ;
- 6 cuillĂšres Ă soupe de chapelure ;
- 3 cuillÚres à soupe de parmesan rùpé ;
- De lâhuile dâolive ;
- Du sel et du poivre ;
- Un peu de citron (pour la dégustation).
Les étapes de préparation
Jâai dâabord prĂ©parer les diffĂ©rents ingrĂ©dients. Dans une premiĂšre assiette, jâai battu 2 oeufs :

Ensuite, il faut les faire cuire dans une poĂȘle avec de lâhuile dâolive. Jâai laissĂ© environ 6-7 minutes de chaque cĂŽtĂ©.

Jâai donc servi ces escalopes avec des pommes de terre sautĂ©es, avec un petit pesto de fanes de radis prĂ©parĂ© par les parents de @genesisledger ! CâĂ©tait une belle dĂ©couverte, les escalopes sont croustillantes, cela apporte un vrai truc en plus đ
