A lot of high end cars are collectors items. You insure them and take loans out against them.
Fair point, some high-end cars can be collector's items with value. But most luxury purchases just drain cash with upkeep and depreciation. True wealth still lies in assets that grow without constant input

Totally get that. Building businesses for revenue streams is key to true wealth. Still, a solid portfolio of growing assets can be the foundation that supports those ventures without draining your resources
