Science & Tech: What I Like Most

This week's prompt is about what you like about science. For me the thing I love most about science is it's ability to better our lives.

Think of where the world would be now if there were no automobiles or no airplanes. We wouldn't be able to travel as freely as we do today. Those that require urgent medical attention and need to be taken to another country would just have to give up. We have the Wright brothers to thank for that.

I've always admired scientific and technological inventors and innovators. A long time ago I started reading about men like, Michael Faraday, Thomas Edison, Benjamin Franklin, Nikola Tesla, Alexander Graham Bell, etc. As I read their biographies, I was excited by the inventions they created to make society better. I greatly desired to be like them.

My Role Models In Science And Tech

I have many role models when it comes to science and tech, but the top two are Nikola Tesla and Elon Musk.

I have always admired the intellectual brilliance of these two men. How they created inventions that changed the world for the better. I also read about the sacrifices they put in to be able to create these inventions. I once read that Nikola Tesla spent 3 days working in the lab.

I'm also excited by the innovative abilities of Musk. Starlink, Hyperloop, Tesla, etc are all the brain children of Musk. I love how Musk is changing the world through technology and science.

My Goals For The Future

In the future I am going to go into full time research to create inventions that will better the world. And I'm not going to do it alone. I will create research institutes and fund research efforts. I will sponsor research in every aspect of human endeavor, like: Agriculture, Automobiles, Medicine and Drugs, Fashion, Education, Infrastructural tech, etc.

I will invest in scientific and technological research to find cures for incurable diseases that are killing people on a daily basis. I will invest in research to see ways to feed the peoples of the world. Like developing improved versions of various foods, making them resistant to crop diseases and pests.

I hope I will be able to follow through on this my vision. I plan to raise money from my Crypto activities to be able to fund this enterprise. And I hope I will succeed.
