RE: Books are meals for the mind

Sometimes when I read, the book feels even more interesting than watching a movie. Like when I read Rider Haggard's King Solomon's Mines and it's sequel. Or when I read novels written by Chinua Achebe. Or The Godfather, Etc. Stories these days have reduced in quality. So I'm still hooked to stories written by the older generation of writters. You are right, reading these stories sometimes feels like you're eating a delicious meal, but with your mind instead of your mouth.
