I'm doing this one slightly unconventionally - I used the prompt as the basis of one for an AI art generator, just to see what came out. The result was the delightful and whimsical image below. Now all I have to do is write a story about it. It'll have to be very different to my normal fantasy/sci-fi/dark stuff !

Jemima skipped along through the field. It was a bright sunny day in late springtime, and the field was scattered with Michaelmas daisies and the splashes of red poppy flowers.

Despite the sun, it was a breezy day, and the wind occasionally gusted quite strongly. But Jemima wasn't worried. Her mother had asked the balloon shop to fit her balloon up with three separate strings. That way, if the wind pulled one string out of her hands she still had two left to keep a grip on and prevent the balloon flying away.

Bumping into her friend Tom, she showed him her balloon proudly.

"A pig ?" he asked. "A blue pig ? But why ?"

"Because pigs are people too," Jemima answered indignantly. "And blue is my favourite colour, so why not ?"

Smiling, Tom had to agree. "I see your point. But don't let go of the strings. Otherwise, people will see that pigs really can fly."
