New Abilities with New Rewards Cards

The Splinterlands team has announced they will bring new reward cards from the Rebellion edition of cards. It means we will have a new card in the game but this will also bring the sunset for Chaos Legions and reward cards. Having some new cards in the game will bring another excitement because these cards come with new abilities as well. I have gone through the abilities and these are looking good but the real fun will start when the cards are available in the game. As per the update shared by the team, the cards will be available on August 15th which is 10 days from now.

Rebellion is one of the fantastic editions in the game which is dedicated to the gameplay as of now because these cards cannot be used for any other purpose in the game. I mean to say we cannot use these cards for the land and this is why it can be called as a gameplay edition in the splinterlands. Now with addition of reward cards coming from Rebellion will bring another level of excitement since we are also going to have new abilities. We know how abilities play a role in the game and some abilities are so good that make the gameplay even better and increase the chances of winning provided we have the right card with a higher level. Another good thing is that we will be able to buy those cards through the shop using a glint token and for that purpose, I have already started accumulating more glint. I won't be using glint anymore in the shop for the next ten days so that I can accumulate more and this will help me buy more reward cards in the shop.

The Rebellion reward cards are an exciting new expansion that introduces whole new levels of strategy and depths of lore to the Splinterlands.

This is an expansion of the rebellion edition cards and through the reward cards, I hope that we are going to get better rewards in the game. Also, they are going to bring another functionality where we will be able to unmind Chaos Legion reward cards. As of now, these cards are soul-bound which means we can only play in the game but we cannot trade or sell in the market once the unwind option is available then we can do whatever we want. We can trade or sell the card in the market and we also have the option to rent or delegate which I think is great because the card will be treated as normal like many others.

And with the ability to unbind Chaos Legion's soulbound reward cards, you'll not only be able to sell, rent, trade, and delegate your cards or put them to work on land, but you'll finally be able to get those elusive cards lady luck denied you

I use land but I'm not able to utilise it properly since I am short of resources hopefully, with this unbinding I should be able to use some of the cards in the land but I will have to figure it out. Overall it's good and I think this is the time when we can accumulate more soul-bound cards from the chaos edition because after 10 days those cards will not be available and we will have the option to get the soul-bound cards from the rebellion.

It's going to be an exciting event for the game when new cards are released and I hope that with these new cards, the gameplay is going to be even more fun and exciting. Now I'm waiting for the day when the cards will be available and I should be able to use my client tokens to buy some. This time the asset value is down for the in-game assets but I think this can be the time to buy some valuable cards at low prices provided you believe in the game and you think that over some time, the value will appreciate.
