Some like them, some don't. Mostly accepted. Would say the tips are fine. It's more about the "spam". In the Pepe community it has been expressed that it may be a good idea to spread awareness of PEPE (token). While letting for a tipping bit for PEPE without the spaciness letting for a summary post.
